Shortlist candidate factories
Three to five manufacturers are shortlisted from our verified network and from fresh market research where the category is new to us.

Verify credentials
Business licence, export licence, registered capital and factory ownership are all checked against Chinese public records before we go further.

Visit and assess capacity
Our team visits the plant, photographs the production line, and assesses whether the factory can genuinely absorb your order volume.

Negotiate and quote
We negotiate in Mandarin, benchmark quotes side by side, and present you one comparison sheet with the full landed cost.

Sample and approve
Samples are collected, consolidated and shipped to you together, so the approval decision is made on physical evidence.
