We collect the information you give us directly: your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, destination country, and the product details, specifications and files you attach to a Request for Quotation or contact form. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through standard web server logs and analytics.
03.How we use your information
Your information is used to prepare and send you a quotation, to answer your enquiry, to manage an order you place with us, and to keep the records that international trade requires. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send occasional trade updates. We do not use your enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling.
04.Sharing your information
To prepare a quotation we may share the product specification and quantity with candidate factories. To ship your goods we share the consignee details required by freight forwarders, carriers and customs authorities. We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details to third parties for marketing purposes.
