يعمل مفتشونا وفق معايير أخذ العينات AQL المعترف بها دوليًا. تنتج كل زيارة تقريرًا مكتوبًا يتضمن صورًا وقياسات وتوصية واضحة بالقبول أو الرفض، عادةً خلال ٢٤ ساعة.

Initial production check (IPQC)

Before mass production starts

Raw materials, components and the first-off samples are checked against your approved specification, while changes are still cheap to make.

During production inspection (DUPRO)

At 20–60% completion

Finished units are sampled from the line to confirm the factory is holding the standard, and that packaging and labelling match the artwork.

Pre-shipment inspection (PSI)

At 100% production, before balance payment

A full AQL-based sample is drawn from packed cartons: function, dimensions, appearance, labelling, quantity and carton condition.

Container loading supervision

On loading day

We witness loading to confirm quantity, stowage, carton condition and container seal number before the doors are closed.

Factory audit

Before the first order

A structured assessment of legal status, capacity, quality systems, equipment and working conditions, scored and reported.

Sample verification

At any stage

Golden samples are photographed, sealed and retained so any later dispute is settled against a physical reference.

Reporting

Quantity verification against the packing list
Workmanship findings, classified as critical, major or minor
Dimensional and functional test results
Barcode, label and packaging checks
High-resolution photographs of defects found
A clear pass, conditional pass or fail recommendation

AQL sampling, in plain terms

Checking every unit in a 50,000-piece order is neither affordable nor necessary. AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) defines a statistically valid sample size and the maximum number of defects that sample may contain before the whole batch is rejected.

Critical defects: Zero tolerance — safety or legal risk
Major defects: Typically AQL 2.5 — would cause a customer return
Minor defects: Typically AQL 4.0 — cosmetic, unlikely to be noticed
