MOQ depends on the product and the factory. For most catalogue items it starts at one pallet or one carton; for custom or private-label production the factory minimum usually applies. Send us an RFQ and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your item within one business day.

Every supplier we recommend has a valid business licence, an export licence and a physical address our team has visited. We check production capacity, quality systems, certifications and past export records, and we can arrange a full third-party audit on request.

Yes. We collect samples from one or several factories, consolidate them in our office and ship them to you in a single parcel. Sample cost and courier charges are usually credited against your first bulk order.

Sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, China–Europe rail and express courier. We quote door to door wherever possible so there are no surprise charges on arrival.

Express courier is 3–7 days, air freight 5–10 days, rail to Central Asia and Europe 18–25 days, and sea freight 20–45 days depending on the destination port. Production lead time is quoted separately.

We prepare all export documentation from the China side and can arrange import clearance through our partner agents in most destination countries. We will tell you clearly which side of the process we are responsible for before you book.

Telegraphic transfer (T/T), irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, and Western Union for sample orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading.

We issue quotations and invoices in USD, EUR, CNY, AED and AFN. The currency is fixed at the time of the proforma invoice so exchange movement does not affect your agreed price.

Our pre-shipment inspection is designed to catch this before the container leaves. If a problem is found after arrival, send us photographs and the inspection report and we will take it up with the factory on your behalf under the terms of the purchase contract.

Yes. Every inspection produces a written report with photographs, measured samples, AQL results and a clear pass or fail recommendation, normally delivered within 24 hours of the visit.
